Dr. Huhn completed his emergency medicine residency at Naval Hospital San Diego and then enjoyed a long career in naval medicine as an emergency physician and flight surgeon. For the last 3 years Dr Huhn has relished working at East County Urgent Care.

When not providing compassionate care to his patients, Dr Huhn enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. The whole family is very involved in boy scouts.

Dr. Stanford Lee attended undergraduate school at University of California, Los Angeles, and completed his medical school training at the University of California, Irvine. He graduated with honors and was recognized with the Lange Award for Clinical Excellence. He completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Arizona. He is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians; this prestigious designation is given for demonstrating the highest medical standards as well as having significant contribution to the field of Emergency Medicine. He also completed graduate training with a Master’s Degree in Public Health Administration at University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Lee began his career as a Clinical Professor at University of California, Irvine, before moving to Burbank, California. He served as a partner and CFO of a large emergency medical group until he founded BOHC with colleague, Dr. Bikash Devaraj. In his previous position, he was instrumental in implementing patient care improvement and worked meticulously to develop policies in pre-hospital and disaster care for the surrounding community.

Dr. Lee is interested in International medicine. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia and has additional training in travel medicine from the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Dr. Lee continues to divide his time between Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine. He has been recognized as a Top Doctor by Consumer Council of America and is well-respected among his peers. He currently is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and on the active staff of Providence St Joseph Hospital. He continues to be a premier provider of health care in the Burbank community.

Dr. Calvin Wong is a board-certified Family Medicine and fellowship trained Primary Care Sports Medicine physician. He is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) School of Medicine and has practiced in San Diego for over 15 years. He is currently the Medical Team Physician of the NFL San Diego Chargers and part of the medical team for the AHL San Diego Gulls.

He is a California native, having been born in Northern California. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in Biochemistry. After attending UCSD School of Medicine he completed a residency in Family Medicine at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Los Angeles. In addition, he completed advanced training in Primary Care Sports Medicine at UCSD. He has also achieved the honor of Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

As a volunteer clinical instructor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at UCSD School of Medicine, he has shown a commitment to the education of future doctors.

A native of Los Angeles, he completed his undergraduate training at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a B.S. in Neuroscience. He obtained his Medical Degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine, where he also received a Masters of Public Health (MPH) degree. After attending medical school he completed his Family Medicine residency at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey, and had the honor of serving as Chief Resident. After residency he completed advanced training in Sports Medicine at the University of Maryland, where he served as Team Physician for the University of Maryland Terrapins and the NFL Baltimore Ravens.

During his career he has maintained a passion for providing quality care in both Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. He is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with his patients and providing individualized medical care.

Monica is our full-time board-certified Physician Assistant. She is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, DC. There, she obtained her Master of Science in Health Sciences with a focus in Physician Assistant studies, as well as her Master of Public Health with a focus in Epidemiology. Prior to joining our team, she specialized in Occupational Medicine. Outside of work, you can find her crafting, baking, and spending time with her family, friends, and three cats.

After retiring from the Air Force as a Logistician, Cory attended Eastern Virginia Medical School where she obtained her Masters of Physician Assistant degree. She has since worked in multiple specialties, to include Ob/Gyn, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Wound Care, Mobile Medicine, Correctional Medicine and Internal Medicine. Her hobbies include surfing, biking, and traveling.

She received both her Bachelor’s in Nursing and her Master’s in Nursing from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to attending nursing school she received her Bachelor’s in Public Health from San Diego State University. She currently practices full-time internal medicine at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside and is Clinical Faculty at University of San Diego Hahn School of Nursing. She also sits as President-Elect for California Association of Nurse Practitioners San Diego Central Chapter. She is an active volunteer with American Red Cross and San Diego county Disaster Health Services. In her off time she enjoys loving on her dog, hiking, skiing, gardening and spending quality times with friends and family.
