Cash pay visits are only $75

We take most PPO Insurances, Medicare, Tricare, Va, Molina, Community Health Group, And Scripps Physicians and Mercy Physicians HMOs.

We are happy to bill most insurances for telemedicine visits, but we cannot guarantee coverage. If telemedicine is a non-covered service for your insurance plan you may ultimately responsible for payment.

Hours for a Video Visit

Monday-Friday | 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday-Sunday | 9:00am – 3:00pm

Only California residents & visitors currently in California may use Video Visit.

NOT appropriate for a video visit:

  • Chest pain and/or numbness
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Vomiting or coughing blood
  • Lacerations
  • Broken bones
  • Severe burns
  • Life-threatening condition
  • Poisoning
  • Shortness of breath or wheezing
  • High Fever
  • Abdominal pain
  • Difficulty swallowing
  • Excessive nausea, vomiting
  • Dizziness
  • Severe Headache/Migraine
  • Fractures
  • Abcesses
  • Weakness or numbness
  • Fainting
  • Controlled substances

Attention:
A web browser with video and audio capability is required for telemedicine visits.
A valid ID and insurance card are required for video visits in order to bill your insurance.

If clinically indicated, our medical provider can send a prescription to your pharmacy digitally.
